Cancellation policy
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items purchased on PRE-ORDER are subject to delivery between 14-23 days of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Please Note - Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will delay the delivery of your entire order unless you contact us to let us know that you would like to pay an additional shipping fee to ship your in stock items separately. NOTE: If you are eligible for free shipping then your in stock items will be shipped as a courtesy.

Please note - estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as these items are made to order or custom produced.
Items marked as PRE-ORDERS require full payment upfront unless you make a request for a split payment via email to modestandvogue@gmail.com. These items are made to order or are in production and will ship after the estimated date provided on the product page. For your convenience you will receive a 5% discount on all preorder totals.
